Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the jewelry in its original packaging, including all branded boxes and certificates, to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Refund
Drop off the package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
